Salary & Pay Scale Details

• Pay Scale: ₹29,500 - 65,000/- per month (Artisan Grade IV)
• Initial Employment: Temporary for 1 year, then regularized as permanent
• Additional Benefits: DA (102%), HRA (10%-30% as per location), Medical Benefits
• Other Allowances: Perks (46%), Travel Allowance, Telephone Bills

Exam Difficulty & Competition Analysis

• Difficulty Level: Moderate to High - ITI technical knowledge and aptitude required
• Expected Applications: 80,000-1,20,000 candidates for 515 posts
• Competition Ratio: Approximately 1:155 to 1:235 (High Competition)
• Previous Cut-off Range: 60-75% marks for general category in CBT
• Preparation Time: 3-4 months recommended for thorough preparation
• Success Rate: Approximately 0.4-0.6% selection rate - Requires focused preparation in technical subjects

Exam Center Details

• All India: CBT will be conducted at various centers across India at BHEL manufacturing units
• Major Units: Bhopal, Haridwar, Hyderabad, Trichy, Ranipet, Bengaluru, Jhansi, Varanasi
• Regional Centers: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Pune
• Important Note: Candidates can apply to only one unit as CBT will be held on the same day
• Final exam center allocation will be mentioned in the admit card
