Age Limit & Selection Process

• Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and Maximum 28 years (as on 01-05-2026)
• Selection Process: Online Written Examination + Document Verification + Local Language Proficiency Test

Vacancy Details - Total Vacancies - 5000

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University
• Age between 20 to 28 years
• Age relaxation applicable as per government rules for reserved categories

Salary & Stipend Details

• Apprentice (Training Period): 1-Year Fixed Term - ₹15,000/- per month
• Additional Benefits: No other allowances, DA, HRA, or bonuses are applicable as this is a training program rather than regular employment.
• Job Security: Strictly a 1-Year Training Program under the Apprenticeship Act; it does not constitute an offer of permanent employment or absorption in Bank of Baroda.
• Career Growth: Completion provides an official Apprenticeship Certificate, valuable corporate banking operational experience, and weightage/preference points in future regular recruitment cycles across the banking and BFSI sector.

Exam Pattern

• Stage 1: Online Written Test
  • Objective-type examination consisting of 100 Questions totaling 100 Marks.
  • The exam duration is 1 Hour (60 minutes).
  • Crucial change: There is no negative marking for incorrect answers in this exam.
• Subject Wise Distributation
  • General / Financial Awareness: 25 Questions | 25 Marks | 15 Minutes
  • Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude: 25 Questions | 25 Marks | 15 Minutes
  • Computer Knowledge: 25 Questions | 25 Marks | 15 Minutes
  • General English: 25 Questions | 25 Marks | 15 Minutes

• Stage 2: Document Verification
  • Candidates who pass the written exam will be called to verify original educational, identity, and category certificates.

• Stage 3: Test of Local Language
  • Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the local language of their applied state or Union Territory.

• All India: Major cities across all states and union territories
• Center Allocation: Based on candidate's preference and availability
• Candidates must choose state and district at the time of application
