Bank of Baroda has released the official notification for Manager and Senior Manager Recruitment 2026 inviting applications for 86 vacancies in Corporate and Institutional Credit Department. Eligible candidates with graduation, post-graduation in finance or professional qualifications like CA along with relevant credit or relationship experience and age limits from 25 to 42 years can apply online from 16 June 2026 to 6 July 2026.

Salary & Pay Scale Details MMG/S-II: ₹64,820 – (2,340 × 1) – ₹67,160 – (2,680 × 10) – ₹93,960/- MMG/S-III: ₹85,920 – (2,680 × 5) – ₹99,320 – (2,980 × 2) – ₹105,280/- SMG/S-IV: ₹102,300 – (2,980 × 4) – ₹114,220 – (3,360 × 2) – ₹120,940/- Perks & Allowances: Standard DA, HRA, perquisites, bank-specific allowances, and other facilities governed by the industry-level bipartite settlement.
Tentative Selection Procedure & Exam Pattern The selection process typically includes Application Scrutiny, followed by an Online Test, Psychometric Test, Group Discussion (GD), and/or a Personal Interview (PI). If an Online Test is conducted, the verified pattern structure is as follows: Structure: 150 total questions worth 225 maximum marks with a duration of 150 minutes.PDF Sections 1, 2, & 3 (Reasoning, English, Quant): 25 questions/25 marks each. These sections are qualifying only (40% minimum cutoff for General/EWS, 35% for reserved) and marks are not added to the final merit pool.PDF+ 1 Section 4 (Professional Knowledge): 75 questions worth 150 marks (75 minutes specific duration).PDF Negative Marking: There is NO negative marking in this online test for incorrect or unattempted answers.
