  • Age Relaxation: SC / ST 5 years, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) 3 years. PwD: General / EWS 10 years, OBC 13 years, SC / ST 15 years. Ex-Servicemen and Commissioned Officers (ECOs / SSCOs) with at least 5 years of military service: General / EWS 5 years, OBC 8 years, SC / ST 10 years. Relaxation applies only to posts that have reserved roster points.
  • Selection Process: Application Scrutiny / Shortlisting → Online Test, Psychometric Test or other test (if held) → Personal Interview.
  • Interview Qualifying Marks: 60% for General and EWS, 55% for other reserved categories.

  • Experience is counted after the qualifying degree, as on 01/11/2026. Experience of less than 6 months in any organisation is not counted.

  • Vacancies are provisional and may change as per the Bank’s needs.

Salary & Pay Scale Details

  • Remuneration : Offered on the basis of the candidate’s qualifications, experience, suitability, last drawn salary and market benchmark for the post. No fixed pay scale is given in the advertisement.
  • Engagement : Officer on Contractual Basis (OCB 1 to OCB 4) for an initial period of 5 years from the date of joining.
  • Extension : May be renewed for up to 5 more years, subject to performance, at the Bank’s discretion.
  • The engagement ends at the age of 60 years or at the end of the contract, whichever is earlier.
  • Selected candidates sign an employment contract and can be posted at any office or branch in India.

  5. Answer the questions on criminal cases and departmental proceedings fully and correctly.
  6. Pay the fee online and submit the form. No change is allowed after submission.
  7. Print the application form and the fee e-receipt.
