• Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% marks.
• B.Ed. (Special Education) from an RCI-recognized institution.
• OR B.Ed. (General) along with a Certificate/Diploma in Special Education recognized by RCI as equivalent to B.Ed. in Special Education.
• 6 months of specialized training in the cross-disability field.
• Must have cleared BSSTET 2023 Paper II.

Salary & Pay Scale Details

• Special School Teacher Class 1-5: ₹25,000/- per month
• Special School Teacher Class 6-8: ₹28,000/- per month
• Estimated Gross Salary: Class 1-5: ₹41,000 - ₹48,000 per month, Class 6-8: ₹45,000 - ₹54,000 per month.

• Part III: Concerned Subject (80 Questions / 80 Marks) - Choice of one: Mathematics & Science, Social Science, Hindi, Urdu, Sanskrit, or English.

• General: 40%
• Backward Class (BC): 36.5%
