Salary & Pay Scale Details Constable (Tradesmen): Pay Matrix Level-3 (₹21,700 – 69,100/-) as per 7th CPC Allowances: Dearness Allowance, HRA, Ration Money, Uniform, Medical, Pension, and other applicable benefits Job Security: Central Government Permanent Post Career Growth: Promotion to Head Constable, ASI, SI and Inspector in BSF on seniority and departmental exam basis
