Additional Benefits: Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA), House Rent Allowance (HRA) based on city class, Medical Reimbursement benefits, Leave Encashment, and BSNL employee promotional perks.
Exam Pattern Exam Mode: Online Only via Computer Based Test (CBT) layout. Test Format: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with single correct options. Paper Structure: A single consolidated paper containing three distinct sectional parts. Total Question Count: 120 Questions. Total Maximum Marks: 480 Marks. Total Time Allotment: 3 Hours (180 Minutes) continuous testing time window. Shift Schedule: Completed in a single session/shift across all centers. Marking Scheme Rules Positive Marking: +4 Marks added for every correct answer. Negative Marking Penalty: Strict -1 Mark deduction for every incorrect response.
