Salary & Pay Scale Details

  • Pay Level : Level 7, Group ‘B’, Non-Gazetted
  • Pay Scale : ₹44,900 – 1,42,400 (Level 7, central 7th CPC pay matrix)
  • Initial Monthly Emoluments with all allowances : about ₹1,00,000 for a New Delhi posting, as given in the notice
  • Posting : field postings with All India transfer liability

Application Process

  1. Choose one subject only, and check that your degree subject and GATE paper code match it in the table above.
  2. Use the application form printed with the notice in Employment News, typed on A4 size paper.
  3. Fill it in English capital letters with black or blue ink, including your GATE year, roll number, paper code and score.
  4. Leave no column blank, affix a self-attested passport size colour photo and sign the declaration; incomplete or unsigned forms are rejected.
  5. Attach self-attested copies of 10th, 12th and degree marksheets, age proof, GATE score card, Aadhaar card and two photos.
  6. Add a caste certificate for age relaxation and an NOC if employed; Government employees apply through their office.
  7. Send the envelope by ordinary post to Post Bag No. 001, Lodhi Road Head Post Office, New Delhi-110003, to reach before the last date.
