Salary & Pay Scale Details- Post Name: Superintendent (Child Care Institution)
- Pay Matrix: Level 9 (Gazetted Class-II)
- Basic Pay Range: ₹38,100 — ₹1,20,400 (7th Pay Commission)
- Additional Benefits:
- DA (Dearness Allowance): Updated to 60% (Currently matching Central rates, which hit 60% in Jan 2026).
- HRA (House Rent Allowance): 30% in X-class cities (Raipur UA and Durg-Bhilai UA).
- Note: Per rules, HRA automatically increases to 30/20/10% when DA exceeds 50%.
- Medical Allowance: Fixed monthly allowance or reimbursement of medical bills.
