Age Limit & Selection Process

• Age Limit: Maximum 30 years (as on 30/04/2026)
• Selection Process: Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of Paper-I (100 marks: GK/Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General English) & Paper-II (100 marks: Professional Knowledge).
• Total 200 marks, 3 hours, No Negative Marking. Qualifying marks category-wise. Followed by Document Verification & Medical Examination.

Salary & Pay Scale Details

• Management Trainee: Level E-1 - ₹60,000 - ₹1,80,000/- (7th Pay Commission)
• Additional Benefits: DA, HRA, Perks (Cafeteria Approach), Medical (Self & Family), CMPF, Gratuity, and Pension.
• Job Security: Permanent Executive-level status in a Maharatna PSU after a 1-year training-cum-probation period.
• Career Growth: Promoted to Assistant Manager (E-2 Grade) after successful completion of training.

Exam Pattern

• Mode of Exam: Computer-Based Test (CBT) / Online.
• Question Type: Objective Type (Multiple Choice Questions).
• Total Papers: Two papers (Paper-I & Paper-II).
• Total Duration: 3 Hours (180 minutes) in a single sitting.
• Language: Bilingual (English and Hindi).

• Negative Marking: No Negative Marking (No penalty for wrong answers).
• Unattempted Questions: 0 Marks.
