Salary & Pay Scale Details

  • Delhi Higher Judicial Service (HJS) Officer: Judicial Pay Level J-5 – ₹1,44,840/- to ₹1,94,660/-
  • Additional Benefits: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), Medical Facilities, Leave Travel Concession (LTC), National Pension System (NPS), Leave Encashment, and other allowances as admissible under the rules of the High Court of Delhi and the Government of NCT of Delhi.

    • Total Questions: 150 MCQs
    • Total Marks: 150 Marks
    • Exam Duration: 2 Hours (11:00 AM to 1:00 PM)
    • Marks per Question: 1 Mark
    • Negative Marking: 25% (0.25 mark deduction for every incorrect answer)
    • Purpose: Qualifying/Screening test for shortlisting candidates for the Mains Examination. The notification confirms the 11:00 AM–1:00 PM timing and 25% negative marking.

  • Mains Examination
    • Mode: Descriptive (Written)
    • Total Papers: 4 Papers
    • Marks per Paper: 250 Marks
    • Total Marks: 1000 Marks
    • Duration: 3 Hours for each paper

  • Viva-Voce (Interview): 250 Marks
