Exam Pattern
- Same exam for Sweeper / Safai Karamchari and Chowkidar.
- Objective Test (MCQ) : 100 Questions, 100 Marks, 120 minutes (160 minutes for PwD candidates)
- English : 25 Questions, 25 Marks
- Hindi : 25 Questions, 25 Marks
- General Knowledge (including Current Affairs) : 25 Questions, 25 Marks
- Arithmetic : 25 Questions, 25 Marks
- Questions in Hindi and English, except the English and Hindi language sections.
- Negative Marking : 0.25 mark for each wrong answer
- Minimum Qualifying Marks in MCQ : UR / EWS 50%, OBC (Delhi) / SC / ST / PwBD / ESM 45%
- Interview : 15 Marks, no minimum qualifying marks
- Marks of a multi-shift computer based exam may be normalised.

Exam Centers

- No request to change the exam date, time or centre is accepted.

Application Process
- Open the DSSSB OARS portal dsssbonline.nic.in; new candidates click “Click for New Registration”.
- Register only once with a valid email ID and mobile number; duplicate registrations are rejected.
- Upload a photo ID scan of 15 KB to 60 KB, or give your Aadhaar number instead.
- Log in with your registration number and password and apply for Post Code 46/26 or 47/26.
- Upload a recent clear colour photo with a white or off-white background, and your signature.
- Pay the fee through SBI e-Pay, if it applies to your category.
- Submit one form per post code before the last date and keep a printout; no correction is allowed after submission.
