Salary & Pay Scale DetailsStage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT) – 100 Total Marks - Total Duration: 2 Hours continuous test matrix.
- Paper Composition: Divided into Objective and Subjective sections.
- Section 1: General Knowledge (Objective MCQ)
- Questions: 50 Questions (1 mark each)
- Marks: 50 Marks
- Section 2: English Composition (Objective & Subjective)
- Objective Part: 20 Questions / 20 Marks
- Subjective Part: 30 Marks total mapping individual tasks:
- Essay Writing (150 words): 10 Marks
- Letter Writing: 5 Marks
- Précis Writing: 5 Marks
- Translation (Hindi to English): 10 Marks
- Crucial Qualifying Rules: Candidates must score a minimum of 33% in each subject separate block (GK and English) and achieve a minimum 40% marks in the aggregate of both subjects combined to place on the ranking sheets.
Stage 2: Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) Candidates who qualify the CBT round based on cut-off scoring metrics are summoned for this mandatory step: - Part 1: Spreadsheet Test (MS Excel): Qualifying type.

Salary & Pay Scale Details- Pay Level: Level 4 (As per 7th Pay Commission Matrix)
- Pay Scale: ₹25,500 – ₹81,100/-
- Initial Basic Pay: ₹25,500/- per month
- Estimated Starting In-Hand Salary: ₹35,496/- per month (Approximate total after adding standard DA & HRA allowances and accounting for standard NPS/PF deductions)
