Level 6 Posts (Assistant Superintendent Jail) - Starting Basic Pay: ₹35,400/-
- Dearness Allowance (50%): ₹17,700/-
- Estimated Monthly In-Hand Salary: ₹54,000 to ₹58,000/- (including HRA and other medical/travel allowances, depending on the city of posting).
Allowed Allowances & Benefits - HRA Categories: Calculated based on the city category (X, Y, or Z) as per Haryana Government rules.
- Deductions: Standard deductions apply for the National Pension System (NPS) and Group Insurance.

Exam Pattern- Mode of Exam: Offline (OMR based) written examination.
- Question Paper Language: Bilingual (English & Hindi).
- Total Questions: 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- Total Marks: 100 marks.
- Duration: 1 Hour and 45 Minutes.
- Negative Marking Rules:
- There is no negative marking for choosing a wrong answer.
- However, all questions are compulsory. If you do not wish to attempt a question, you must fill the 5th circle/bubble on the OMR sheet. Failure to fill the 5th bubble for an un-attempted question will result in a deduction of 1 mark.
Minimum Qualifying Marks (Phase-II Written/Skill Exam) - General Category: Minimum 50% marks.
