- Bachelor's Degree with 50% + 4-year B.El.Ed. / Integrated BA-B.Ed / BSc-B.Ed.
- Other combinations as per subject-wise norms in HTET (e.g., subject degree + B.Ed./D.El.Ed).
- Proficiency in Hindi/Sanskrit may be required at Matric or higher level as per notification for some subjects.
- 5% relaxation for reserved categories
- Hindi/Sanskrit proficiency as per rules
