Salary & Pay Scale Details- Branch Postmaster (BPM): ₹12,000 – ₹29,380/- TRCA
- Assistant Branch Postmaster (ABPM): ₹10,000 – ₹24,470/- TRCA
- Dak Sevak: ₹10,000 – ₹24,470/- TRCA
- Annual Increment: 3% on TRCA, subject to applicable conditions
- Dearness Allowance: Payable on TRCA as declared by the Government of India
- Other Benefits: GDS Gratuity and Service Discharge Benefit Scheme are also applicable.

Exam Pattern- Exam Mode: No written examination/CBT
- Selection Method: System-generated merit list
- Merit Basis: Class 10 (Secondary School Examination) marks
- Merit Calculation: Percentage calculated up to 4 decimal places
- Grade Conversion: Grades/points are converted into marks using the prescribed 9.5 multiplication factor, where applicable
- Tie-Breaking: Priority is given based on date of birth and prescribed category/gender criteria
- Next Stage: Physical document verification for shortlisted candidates
