Salary & Pay Scale Details

• Deputy Collector, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), District Coordinator, Assistant Registrar, Assistant Municipal Commissioner/Executive Officer, Jail Superintendent, Assistant Director-cum-District Public Relations Officer: Pay Band ₹9,300 - 34,800 + Grade Pay ₹5,400 (6th Pay Commission). Under the revised pay matrix, these posts are generally placed at Level 9 with an initial basic pay of approximately ₹53,100/-.
• Probation Officer & Assistant Director: Pay Band ₹9,300 - 34,800 + Grade Pay ₹4,800 (6th Pay Commission). Under the revised pay matrix, these posts are generally placed at Level 8 with an initial basic pay of approximately ₹47,600/-.
• Additional Benefits: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), Medical Facilities, Leave Benefits, National Pension System (NPS), Group Insurance, and other allowances as per Jharkhand Government rules.
