Salary & Pay Scale Details

  • Varg 1 (High School/Higher Secondary): ₹9,000/- Per Month
  • Varg 2 (Middle School): ₹7,000/- Per Month
  • Varg 3 (Primary School): ₹5,000/- Per Month
  • Additional Benefits: Experience points (Score Card) for future permanent recruitment; 25% Reservation in regular teacher Bharti for those with 200+ days of experience.
  • Job Security: Protection from removal unless a permanent teacher is appointed or a transfer occurs.
  • Career Growth: Guest Teacher -> Permanent Teacher (via MPTET Chayan Pariksha) -> Senior Teacher -> Principal.
