Madhya Pradesh Employee Selection Board has declared the Primary School Teacher Selection Test (PSTST) 2025 Result 2026 on 27 February 2026 for 13,089 vacancies, including 10,150 Primary Teacher and 2,939 Science posts. Candidates who appeared in the exam can download their scorecard from the official website using their application number, date of birth, mother’s name and captcha code.

Salary & Pay Scale Details Primary School Teacher: Level 8 - ₹25,300 - 80,500/- (7th Pay Commission). Note: The base starting pay is ₹25,300 as per the MP Grade Pay structure for Varg 3. Additional Benefits: DA (Dearness Allowance), HRA (House Rent Allowance) Perks: Comprehensive Medical facilities, Travel Allowance (TA), National Pension System (NPS), and Group Insurance. Job Security: MP School Education Department (or Tribal Affairs) employee status with permanent tenure, job stability, and standard government protection. Exam Pattern Mode of Exam: Online Computer Based Test (CBT). Total Questions: 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Total Marks: 100 Marks. Duration: 120 Minutes (2 Hours). Marking Scheme: +1 Mark for each correct answer. Negative Marking: No Negative Marking (Candidates could attempt all questions). Section-Wise Focus Areas Science (30 Marks): This was the highest weightage section, especially critical for candidates applying for the 2,939 Science Teacher posts in the Tribal Affairs Department. It covered Biology, Physics, Chemistry, and Environmental Health at a Class 12 difficulty level. Languages (15 + 15 Marks): Focused on linguistic comprehension, grammar, and basic vocabulary. Note that Language I and II must have been different. Mathematics (20 Marks): Included Number Systems, Algebra, Geometry, and Data Handling. Social Science (20 Marks): Covered History, Geography (with a focus on MP), Civics, and the Indian Constitution.
