Salary & Pay Scale Details

  • Basic Pay Scale: ₹15,500 – ₹49,000/- (7th Pay Commission, Pay Level 1)
  • Probation Period Pay (MP Rules):
    • 1st Year: 70% of minimum basic (₹10,850)
    • 2nd Year: 80% of minimum basic (₹12,400)
    • 3rd Year: 90% of minimum basic (₹13,950)
  • Additional Benefits: DA (as per MP Govt norms), Medical, and Travel Allowances.
  • Job Security: Regular state government post with standard benefits.
  • Career Growth: Promotions to higher Class IV or Class III positions based on seniority and departmental exams.

Exam Pattern

  • Total Questions: 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
  • Total Marks: 100 Marks
  • Duration: 2 Hours (120 Minutes)
  • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
  • Subjects Covered: General Hindi, General English, General Mathematics, General Science, and General Knowledge (with a focus on Madhya Pradesh).
