Salary & Pay Scale Details

• Non-Executive Posts: ₹29,500 to ₹1,15,000/- (IDA Pay Scales - T0 Grade starting basic pay at ₹29,500/- and S0 Grade starting basic pay at ₹36,500/- with an annual 3% increment)

• Exam Mode: Online Computer-Based Test (CBT)
• Question Type: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

• Exam Duration: 2 Hours (120 Minutes)
• Marking Scheme: +1 Mark for every correct answer
• Negative Marking: No Negative Marking (0 marks deducted for wrong answers)

• Syllabus Weightage Split:
• 60% Technical / Core Domain Section: 60 Questions based on specific ITI Trade Theory, Engineering Diploma Discipline, or B.Sc Chemistry topics.
• 40% Non-Technical Section: 40 Questions covering Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, General Knowledge, and General English.
• Language Medium: Bilingual (English and Hindi only)
• Selection Criteria: Final merit is drawn based strictly on CBT marks for regular posts; operational posts require clearing a subsequent qualifying Trade Test (weighted 60:40 with CBT marks where applicable).
