Age Limit & Selection Process

• Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 24 years (Trade), 25 years (Diploma), 26 years (Graduate) as on 18/11/2026. Relaxation : SC / ST 5 years, OBC (NCL) 3 years, PwBD 10 years.
• Selection Process: Merit List on marks in the trade / discipline (first preference to local candidates within 16 km of the plant) → Document Verification → Medical Fitness → Police Verification.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Technology (full-time / regular)

• Degree in Electrical Engineering / Technology (full-time / regular)

• Graduate in a general stream such as BA, B.Sc., B.Com. or BBA, not engineering (full-time / regular)

• Diploma and Graduate candidates must have passed within 5 years before the last date.
• Candidates who have done or are doing an apprenticeship under the Apprentices Act, 1961 are not eligible.

Salary & Pay Scale Details

• Trade Apprentice (1-year ITI course) : ₹10,560/- per month
• Trade Apprentice (2-year ITI course) : ₹11,040/- per month
• Diploma Apprentice : ₹10,900/- per month
• Graduate Apprentice : ₹12,300/- per month

Apprenticeship Details

• Place of Training : Narora Atomic Power Station, Narora, District Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh.
• Duration : 12 months at most.
• Physical Fitness : height 137 cm, weight 25.4 kg, chest expansion 3.8 cm or more.
• Training only : NPCIL has no obligation to offer a job after the apprenticeship.

Application Process

1. Trade apprentices register on the NAPS 2.0 portal; Diploma and Graduate apprentices register on the NATS 2.0 portal.
2. Make sure your Aadhaar is seeded with your bank account.
3. On the portal, apply to Narora Atomic Power Station: Establishment ID E05200901473 (Trade) or NUPBUC093592 (Diploma and Graduate).
4. Then open the NPCIL Apply Online link and register with a personal email ID and mobile number, which cannot be changed later.
5. Upload your 10th marksheet, ITI / Diploma / Degree certificate and marksheets of all semesters, and caste, EWS, PwBD or local residence proof if applicable.
6. Upload a colour photo (JPG, up to 50 KB) and signature (JPG, up to 20 KB).
7. Submit the NPCIL online form before the last date; applications under any other Establishment ID are not accepted.
