• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks.

• Mode of Exam: Offline (Pen and Paper-based OMR Sheet)

• Type of Questions: Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

• Total Number of Questions: 200 Questions

• Maximum Marks: 600 Marks

• Time Duration: 3 Hours (180 Minutes)

• Medium of Exam: Bilingual (Both Hindi and English languages)

Marking Scheme & Rules

• Standard Marking: For Parts A, C, and D, each correct answer rewards you with +3 marks.
• No Negative Marking: There is no negative marking for wrong or unattempted answers.
• Differential Marking (Part B Only): The Teaching Attitude & Aptitude section uses a scaled weightage system based on the accuracy of your response. Marks are awarded relative to the quality of your answer:
  • Most Appropriate Answer: 3 Marks
  • Second Best Answer: 2 Marks
  • Marginally Correct Answer: 1 Mark
  • Irrelevant/Wrong Answer: 0 Marks

Admission & Allotment Selection Process

• Written Examination: Performance in the objective entrance test generates an open state merit rank list.
• Online Counseling Registration: Qualified candidates must register online on the official portal, pay a structural counseling registration fee, and log their preferred choice of B.Ed. colleges in order of priority.
• Seat Allotment: College allotment results are announced systematically based on the candidate’s merit score, reservation category, availability of teaching subjects in the faculty, and the preference list submitted.
• Document Verification & Institutional Reporting: To secure the seat, candidates must upload their original marksheet credentials and pay the institutional admission fee to confirm their final enrollment.
