Age Limit & Selection Process

• Selection Process: Written Examination followed by Document Verification

• Company Secretary: ICSI Final + Membership + 5 Years Experience.
• Assistant Town Planner: B.Arch (60%) + PG in Town Planning.
• Programmer: B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.Sc./M.Tech in relevant discipline.
• Assistant Accounts Officer Grade-II: B.Com (60%) + Computer Certificate.
• Junior Legal Officer: LL.B. (55%) or LL.M.
• Personal Assistant Grade-II: 10+2 + Computer Certificate.
• Draughtsman-cum-Tracer (Civil): Diploma in Architecture/Draughtsman (Civil) + AutoCAD Knowledge.
• Junior Assistant: 10+2 + Computer Certificate (RSCIT/NIELIT or equivalent).

Salary & Pay Scale Details

• Company Secretary: Level 16 – ₹47,200/- during probation | Regular Pay Matrix Level 16 after probation.
• Assistant Town Planner: Level 14 – ₹39,300/- during probation | Regular Pay Matrix Level 14 after probation.
• Programmer: Level 12 – ₹31,100/- during probation | Regular Pay Matrix Level 12 after probation.
• Assistant Accounts Officer Grade-II: Level 11 – ₹26,500/- during probation | Regular Pay Matrix Level 11 after probation.
• Junior Legal Officer: Level 10 – ₹23,700/- during probation | Regular Pay Matrix Level 10 after probation.
• Personal Assistant Grade-II: Level 10 – ₹23,700/- during probation | Regular Pay Matrix Level 10 after probation.
• Draughtsman-cum-Tracer (Civil): Level 8 – ₹18,500/- during probation | Regular Pay Matrix Level 8 after probation.
• Junior Assistant: Level 5 – ₹14,600/- during probation | Regular Pay Matrix Level 5 after probation.

• Selection Process:
  • Written Examination
  • Proficiency Test
• Written Examination:
  • Part-I: 180 Marks
  • Part-II: 270 Marks
  • Total Written Marks: 450 Marks
• Proficiency Test: 100 Marks
• Total Marks: 550 Marks

• Mode of Examination: Online (Computer-Based Test)
• Type of Questions: Objective Type (Multiple Choice Questions)
• Candidates qualifying the written examination will be shortlisted (up to 5 times the vacancies) for the Proficiency Test or Interview, as applicable.
