Salary & Pay Scale Details- Post Name: Junior Legal Officer (JLO)
- Pay Matrix: Level-10
- Basic Pay: ₹33,800/- per month
- Grade Pay: ₹3,600/-
- Probation Period: Fixed Pay as per Rajasthan Government rules.
- Allowances (after probation): Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Travel Allowance (TA), Medical and other admissible allowances.
- Approximate Gross Monthly Salary: ₹45,000–₹55,000 (depending on posting location and applicable allowances).

Exam Pattern- Mode of Exam: Offline (Objective Type)
- Negative Marking: 1/3 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
- Duration: 3 Hours for each paper
- Total Marks (Written Exam): 200 Marks
Exam Pattern - Paper-I: Constitution of India (Fundamental Rights, Directive Principles, Writs, High Court & Supreme Court, Attorney General) – 50 Marks
- Paper-II: Civil Procedure Code (CPC) & Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) – 50 Marks
- Paper-III: Evidence Act, Limitation Act, Interpretation of Statutes, Drafting & Conveyancing – 50 Marks
- Paper-IV (Part-A): General Hindi – 25 Marks
- Paper-IV (Part-B): General English – 25 Marks
Interview (Viva-Voce) - Marks: 20 Marks (10% of the written examination marks)
- Candidates securing the minimum qualifying marks in the written examination will be called for the interview.
