- Technical Qualification: Must possess an ITI (NCVT/SCVT) certificate or a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the relevant trade.
- Language/Culture: Knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and familiarity with Rajasthani culture.
- Final Year Students: Eligible only if they can provide proof of acquiring the qualification by the date of Document Verification.

- Group I (Technician-III/Lineman): Electrician, Power Electrician, Wireman, Lineman, SBA.
- Group II (Operator-III): Electronics Mechanic, COPA (Computer Operator & Programming Assistant).
- Group III (Plant Attendant-III): Boiler Attendant, Steam Turbine-cum-Auxiliary Plant Operator.
- Group IV (Technician-Mech): Welder (Gas & Electric), Fitter.
