Salary and Pay Scale- Pay Matrix Level: Pay Matrix Level-5.
- Grade Pay: ₹2,800.
- Regular Pay Scale: ₹29,200 – ₹92,300 (As per the 7th Pay Commission).
- Probation Period (First 2 Years): You receive a Fixed Monthly Remuneration set by the state government. No allowances (like DA or HRA) or annual increments are paid during this period.
- Post-Probation (Regular Service): Once confirmed, you receive a starting Basic Pay of ₹29,200 per month plus allowances like Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and medical benefits.

Exam Pattern- Question Type: 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
- Total Marks: 300 marks (3 marks per correct answer)
- Time Duration: 2 hours (120 minutes)
- Negative Marking: 1 mark (1/3rd deduction) per wrong answer
Subject Weightage - General Hindi: 15 Questions (45 Marks)
- Rajasthan GK, History & Culture: 25 Questions (75 Marks)
- Agronomy: 20 Questions (60 Marks)
- Horticulture: 20 Questions (60 Marks)

Important OMR Rules - 5th Option ('E'): You must circle option 'E' if you choose to leave a question unattempted.
- Penalty: Leaving a question completely blank (without selecting any option A-E) results in a 1/3rd mark deduction.
- Disqualification: Leaving more than 10% of the total questions completely blank will lead to automatic disqualification.
- Extra Time: 10 additional minutes are provided after the exam to check and fill the unattempted circles.
