Exam PatternPhase I: Written Examination (Objective Type) - Phase I consists of two separate papers held on the same day or consecutive days. You must qualify in both to proceed.

Phase II: Skill Test (Typing & Efficiency) - Only candidates who clear the cut-off for Phase I are called for this stage. It tests your computer proficiency in both languages.

- Selection Base: Final merit is prepared by combining marks from Phase I (200 marks) and Phase II (100 marks), totaling 300 marks.

Pay Scale and Promotion- Basic Pay: ₹20,800 + Dearness Allowance (DA) + House Rent Allowance (HRA)
- Other Benefits: Medical Allowance, Hardship Allowance (if applicable).
- Estimated Gross Salary: ₹34,000 – ₹36,000 per month.
- Estimated In-Hand (Net): ₹31,000 – ₹33,000 (After NPS and State Insurance deductions).
Promotion & Career Growth : Promotions are based on seniority and clearing departmental exams. - Entry Level: Clerk Grade-II / Junior Assistant (Pay Level 5)
- 1st Promotion: Clerk Grade-I / Senior Assistant (Pay Level 8) Usually after 5–9 years of service.
- 2nd Promotion: Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) (Pay Level 10)
- 3rd Promotion: Additional Administrative Officer (Pay Level 11)
- 4th Promotion: Administrative Officer (AO) (Pay Level 12)
- Top Level: Senior Administrative Officer (Pay Level 14)
Financial Stability (ACP Scheme) : Even if you don't get a formal promotion, the Rajasthan Government provides Assured Career Progression (ACP): - 9 Years: Financial upgrade to Level 8.
- 18 Years: Financial upgrade to Level 10.
- 27 Years: Financial upgrade to Level 11/12.
