Age Limit & Selection Process

• Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 35 years as on 01/10/2026. Relaxation as per Government of India rules for SC / ST / OBC (NCL) / PH / ESM; dependants of freedom fighters : 5 years; no upper age limit for Registry departmental candidates.
• Selection Process: Objective Type Test and Objective Type Technical Aptitude Test → Practical Aptitude Test → Interview → Document Verification.

Vacancy Details – Total Posts – 15

• B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology with 3 years experience in software development, or
• MCA / M.Sc in Computer Science with 3 years experience in software development, or
• B.Sc in Computer Science / BCA with First Class or at least 60% marks and 4 years experience in software development.
• A degree in Law is preferred as an additional qualification.

Salary & Pay Scale Details

• Pay Level : Level 7, Group B Non-Gazetted
• Pay Scale : ₹44,900 – 1,42,400
• Initial Basic Pay : ₹44,900/- plus allowances as admissible under the rules

Exam Pattern

• Negative Marking : 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in both objective tests
• Shortlisting : 1:10 of the vacancies for the Practical Aptitude Test and 1:3 for the Interview, in order of merit

Objective Tests

• Objective Type Test : 100 Questions, 100 Marks, 1 hour 30 minutes, qualifying 50
• General English (including comprehension) : 40 Questions
• General Aptitude : 30 Questions
• Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude : 30 Questions
• Objective Type Technical Aptitude Test : 50 Marks, 1 hour 30 minutes, qualifying 25

Practical Test and Interview

• Practical Aptitude Test : 50 Marks, 1 hour 30 minutes, qualifying 25
• Interview : 25 Marks, qualifying 13

Exam Centers

• Objective Type Test and Technical Aptitude Test : Delhi / NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bengaluru
• Choose the cities in order of preference in the online form. The Registry can shift a candidate to another city.
• Practical Aptitude Test : Delhi / NCR. Interview : online, or in person in Delhi.
• No request to change the city, test centre or date is accepted.

Application Process

1. Open the Apply Online link given below and click Register.
2. Enter your name and date of birth exactly as in your Class 10th certificate, with a valid mobile number and email ID.
3. Verify the OTPs and submit. Your User ID and Password come by email and SMS.
4. Log in, click Go To Application, and fill in qualification, experience and test city choices in order of preference.
5. Upload your photo (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm, 100-200 KB), signature (80-150 KB) and certificates (100-1000 KB, PDF or JPG).
6. Check the preview and submit. A submitted form cannot be changed or withdrawn, and the category cannot be changed.
7. Pay the fee online, print the form and keep your Application Number for the admit card.
