• 10th Pass + 2 years experience in the respective trade OR 1-year ITI certificate with 1-year experience OR 2-year ITI Diploma in the relevant trade.
• 10th Pass with Science + 1 year experience in treating animals. (For Veterinary Posts)

Salary & Pay Scale Details

• Constable Tradesman: Level 3 – ₹21,700 – ₹69,100/- (7th Pay Commission)
• In-Hand Salary: Approximately ₹32,000 – ₹38,000 per month (after NPS and standard deductions).
• Additional Benefits: DA (Dearness Allowance), HRA (House Rent Allowance), Ration Money Allowance (RMA), Medical Facilities
• Other Allowances: Travel Allowance (TA), Washing Allowance, Risk/Hardship Allowance (if posted in sensitive areas), and Children Education Allowance (CEA).
• Social Security: Covered under the New Pension Scheme (NPS) or Unified Pension Scheme (UPS), along with Group Insurance.
• Job Security: Permanent Group 'C' Non-Gazetted (Combatised) position under the Ministry of Home Affairs.
• Employee Benefits: Secure pay, stable leaves (EL/CL), and post-retirement benefits.

• Mode of Exam: Online (Computer Based Test - CBT) or OMR-based.

• Duration: 2 Hours (120 minutes).
• Negative Marking: 0.25 marks (1/4th) will be deducted for every wrong answer.

• Shortlisted candidates from the written exam will undergo a practical test related to their specific trade (e.g., Cooking, Driving, Barbering).

• Total Marks: 50
• Qualifying Marks: 60% (30 marks) for all categories.
• Nature: Qualifying only (marks are not added to the final merit list).
