Salary & Pay Scale Details

  • Honorarium (मानदेय) : ₹6,000 per month, a fixed part plus a performance-linked part, as revised by the UP Government from September 2026.

  • Service : honorarium-based contract post, not a regular pay scale · Ends at the age of 62 years.

Application Process

  1. Open upanganwadibharti.in, click “Anganwadi Helper New Registration” and register with your name, father’s name, district Hardoi, mobile number and password.
  2. Log in through “Anganwadi Helper New Login” with your registered mobile number and password.
  3. Apply for the vacant post of your own Gram Sabha (rural) or Ward (urban); forms for any other Gram Sabha or ward are rejected.
  4. Enter the marks of every exam from Intermediate up to Post Graduation exactly as in your marksheets, because the merit is made from them.
  5. Upload clear, self-attested marksheets, photo, signature, and the residence, income and (if reserved) caste certificates issued online by the Tehsil.
  6. Widows upload the death certificate and Parivar Register copy; divorced or deserted women upload the court order.
  7. Submit before the last date; the form cannot be changed after final submission, and offline forms or corrections are not accepted.
