Salary & Pay Scale Details

• Home Guard: Pay Level 3 – ₹5,200 – ₹20,200/- (7th Pay Commission)
  • Grade Pay: ₹2,000/-
  • Gross Salary: Approximately ₹30,000/- per month.
  • In-Hand (Net) Salary: Approximately ₹27,000/- per month (after PF and tax deductions).
• Additional Benefits: DA (Currently 50%), HRA (24% in X city, 16% Y, 8% Z), Medical Care, Travel Allowance (TA), Night-Shift Allowance, Risk & Pollution Allowance, and Retirement Benefits (NPS).
