- General Duty Medical Officer (NDMC/MCD): Pay Level-10 – ₹56,100/- to ₹1,77,500/-
- In addition to the basic pay, candidates are eligible for Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) (where applicable), and other government benefits as per Central Government rules.

Exam Pattern- Mode of Exam: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Type of Questions: Objective Type (Multiple Choice Questions)
- Total Papers: 2
- Marks per Paper: 250 Marks
- Total Written Marks: 500 Marks
- Duration: 2 Hours for each paper
- Negative Marking: One-third (1/3) of the marks assigned to a question will be deducted for every wrong answer.
- Paper I: General Medicine & Paediatrics
- Paper II: Surgery, Gynaecology & Obstetrics, and Preventive & Social Medicine
- Personality Test: 100 Marks
- Final Merit: Based on Written Examination (500 Marks) + Personality Test (100 Marks) = 600 Marks.
