Age Limit & Selection Process

• Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 40 years as on 01/07/2024. Age relaxation as per UP Government rules; UP State Government employees 5 years.
• Selection Process: PET 2023 Score Shortlisting → Mains Written Exam → Eligibility / Document Verification → Final Selection.

• Intermediate (12th) with Science from the UP Board, or an equivalent exam recognised by the Government.
• 2 years Diploma in Tuberculosis Programme Management from the State Medical Faculty, UP, or an institute recognised by it.
• Appeared in UPSSSC PET 2023 with a valid score card.
• Preference : 2 years in the Territorial Army or NCC ‘B’ Certificate.
• Category Wise : UR 111, OBC 70, SC 45, ST 4, EWS 25

Salary & Pay Scale Details

• Pay Level : Level 4 (Grade Pay ₹2,400), Group C
• Pay Scale : ₹25,500 – 81,100 (Level 4 of the UP Government Pay Matrix)
• Post Type : Permanent and Temporary

Result Details

• Result Type : Mains Written Exam result with the list of candidates qualified for Eligibility / Document Verification. It is not the final selection result.
• Qualified for Document Verification : 76 candidates
• Shortlisted for the Mains Exam on PET 2023 score : 77 candidates
• The final selection result comes after document verification.

Exam Pattern

• Mains Exam : 100 questions (as in the official master set answer key)
• Exam Time : 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (2 hours)

How to Check Result and Upload Documents

1. Open upsssc.gov.in and go to the Results section on the home page.
2. Click “Result for Document Examination Under the Advertisement 10-Exam/2024 (BCG Technician)”.
3. Enter your registration number, date of birth, gender and the verification code to see your result.
4. If you qualified, open “Upload Your Documents” on the home page; log in with your registration number and the OTP on your mobile or email.
5. Upload a recent colour photo with a light background, 50 KB to 100 KB, in jpg or jpeg format.
6. Upload each qualification and reservation certificate as a PDF of 200 KB to 2 MB, marksheet and certificate in one file.
7. Accept the declaration, enter the verification code, click SUBMIT and print the form before the last date.
