Salary & Pay Scale Details

  • Platoon Commander Pay Level: Level 6
  • Platoon Commander Pay Scale: ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400/-
  • Platoon Commander Initial Basic Pay: ₹35,400/- per month
  • Block Organizer Pay Level: Level 5
  • Block Organizer Pay Scale: ₹29,200 – ₹92,300/-
  • Block Organizer Initial Basic Pay: ₹29,200/- per month
  • Official Note on Allowances: Additional allowances (such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, etc.) will be paid extra as per Uttar Pradesh government rules.
  • Official Note on Job Status: Both posts are Permanent under the Home Guards Headquarters, Uttar Pradesh.

  • Exam Mode: Offline Written Main Examination (OMR Based MCQ)
  • Total Number of Questions: 100 Objective Type Questions
  • Total Marks: 100 Marks
  • Time Duration: 2 Hours (120 Minutes)
  • Marking Scheme: 1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer.
  • Negative Marking Rule: 1/4th mark (0.25) will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
